  1. Start with your wedding

    Create a MakeMyWedding account and finish your wedding setup, or use the account you already have. Your saved locations, budget and preferences guide your matches.

  2. Open MakeMyWedding UK in ChatGPT

    Visit our listing, choose Install plugin and follow the connection prompts. Sign in to MakeMyWedding when asked.

  3. Choose what to share, then ask

    Review the wedding and permissions on the consent screen. Once connected, select MakeMyWedding UK in ChatGPT and ask about your matches, shortlist or planning progress.

A few things to know

Can I use it with Spark?
Yes. Spark includes up to three venue matches, with its existing limits. Supplier matching in ChatGPT needs Engaged. Connecting does not upgrade your account or change your subscription. See what each plan includes.
What can I do in ChatGPT?
Find matches from our UK venue and supplier catalogue, read your shortlist, ask to save a chosen match and review your wedding date, guest count, budget totals and checklist progress. Your plan and chosen permissions apply. Keep using MakeMyWedding for your full planning workspace.
What information can it access?
You choose the permissions before connecting. The connection does not read uploaded documents or guest contact details, manage your wedding website or RSVPs, contact suppliers, make bookings or take payments. Review the privacy policy for more.
Where does matching work?
For weddings taking place in the UK, with configured matching regions in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is eligible, but matching coverage is not yet available there. Catalogue details are a starting point: confirm current costs, requirements and availability directly with each supplier.
How do I disconnect?
Go to Settings → Connected apps in MakeMyWedding to review permissions or disconnect. Access lasts up to 90 days unless revoked sooner. Disconnecting stops future access; information already shared in a chat remains subject to ChatGPT’s privacy settings.
What if connecting doesn’t work?
If a request expires during sign-in or setup, return to the ChatGPT listing and start the connection again. Your saved wedding stays in place. If ChatGPT shows “Couldn’t load connector”, try the listing again later. For help, contact our support team with the error message, without passwords or sign-in links.
